can i change how long the delay is like how long it will record before it shows the next channel?

i like timeshift because on live preview it seems to be laggy but with timeshift it isnt but it just takes to long to change channels like that

No, you cant change how long it takes to change channels in timeshift mode. Its already as quick as I can get it.

like the pic gets jumpy or something like it plays ever 5th frame or something i odnt know but the sound is fine and the pic is like skipping

Have you tried setting your deinterlace setting to 'encoder pass through'?

yes i did that and now for like 5 to 10 sec there is no sound when i first go to live tv

ok it would seem that v0.94.12 has fixed my sound prob. I just hope it keeps working right i really like this software.
