MVP and commercial skip

My MVP isnt skipping through the commercials anymore automatically. The txt file is there and the osd shows where the commercials should be but it doesnt do the skipping. I have checked the setting to skip commercials? It was working up until a few days ago cause I remember 'Threshold' was skipping em. I did reinstall gbpvr yesterday though to fix another problem.

that setting checked. Also, what service for gbpvr runs the mvp? I have everything shut down(main program and recording service) and of the services that are started I dont see anything for gbpvr?

The recording service will launch a separate GBPVR.EXE process for each MVP server you tell it to start. They are tied to the recording service and will start/stop along with it.

As for fixing your comskip problem, try unplugging the mvp for about a minute, then plugging it back in.
