Weather plugin fix corrupt zipfile

Last update it did was at 1:05pm est. still scrambled a bit. I'll check it in a bit. That floodwatch thing is sure right. I'm keeping an eye on the rising stream behind the house here. Scrambled current weather could end up being the least of my worries

I assume the fix is included in the next update as opposed to me looking for a file now?

End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not a Zip file, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part Zip file.
