How do you access the information in REOCCURING_EXTRAS

I am trying to write a plug-in that schedules program through the scheduleHelper.SheduleRecording() API. When I do this it does not create an entry in the REOCCURING_EXTRAS table. I also don;t see who to set things like the w=day of week for recoccuring recordings, max files to keep, prevent duplicates, etc. I also don;t see a way to read this information back for existing scheduled recordings.

There isnt currently an API for you to do this. I'm stll in the process of changing this area of functionality to so I was reluctant to introduce an API I would later be stuck with.

You might also want to look at the CDK Scheduler API again. All of that functionality is exposed in the CDK Scheduler. Each recording is exposed to you as a Recordings object, which contains all the necessary getter and setters for setting up a recording. Reading and Writing the XML file is fairly simple as well now, just one method, and passing it a list of recordings to write. You can now also call the scheduler directly from a plugin, to schedule the programs as well.
