Was trying to see how reliable the PHC has been for GBPVR users.

1. How many people have got one and had no issues.

2. How many people have had to RMA the unit once?

3. How many people have had to RMA the unit twice?

4. How many people have had to RMA the unit 3 times or more?

I wonder if we could add another choice here. Between 1 and 2.
1A. How many people have had some quirky issues that are not always reproducible, and therefore have not had to RMA the unit?

I would say my experience is far from having no issues. But yet the issues I have had would not qualify for an RMA (the unit is not dead, and will again function normally once you spend some time restarting the unit and computer and perhaps having to fiddle with a few other items along the way).
