Suddenly NPVR doesn't work

I tried downloading and copying CompPkgSup.dll to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 using a batchfile and running as administrator but I keep on getting pessage access denied.

I have also failed to change the permissions on this directory.

Can anybody help.
