That is what you want the m3u8 file for NextPVR. So it is a python issue and I need the server restart logs

Too bad you got rid of PreStartup.bat I thought I said to wait until it was working.

Add this into the PreStartup.bat and see what happens.

pip install requests lxml m3u8

With PreStartup.bat...

I can see in the log that I again need to execute c:\program files\python38\python.exe -m pip install --upgrade pip.

I'm making too many mistakes, Martin. I didn't add that line to PreStartup.bat: pip install requests lxml m3u8

I'd like to pick this up tomorrow. Yes?

Ok sure I think inserting this in PreStartup.bat might do the trick though before pip list -v

pip install requests lxml m3u8

Restart logs are attached this time with PreStartup.bat:
python -V
pip install requests lxml m3u8
pip list -v

Using the web app, found a new device with no channels: EXTRA Recorder (extra-locast-trial.xml)

Ok great that installed the needed files

so you can clean out PreStartup.bat

Don't worry about the trial file that is only there as a backup
