Is there a way to raise both the CPU and network priorities of all the GBPVR processes.

Also I've got a dual core AMD 4400+ system is there any way of optimising the video transcoding for dual core?

25_24023b.bin seems to work well with my D3A MVP.

Still having boot trouble though.I think it is my server, since Hauppauge software loads dongles but gbpvr does not.

The Hauppauge MVP server is better at coping with lost network UDP packets when booting the MVP software. The next release of the GB-PVR is also much better at this, and should resolve any booting issues people have.

Thank goodness for that, I'm getting sick of being called "the dongle dealer" Big Grin

I think I shall "close up shop" on the dongle-distribution front after the next revision. I'm not sure which dongles sub will supply though. Makes your download quite big, each dongle is now 2.4MB (newer dongles)) ... If, then you might wish to have a look at the results for the winners...

I'm only intending to supply a single Hauppauge dongle. Its a newer version than those that have been tested here to date.

Cool. Let's hope it's a "one-stop" solution for ALL the MVP versions Smile, especially with your new and improved tftp behaviour.

I'm now running the 30_24088.bin dongle on my D3A's and the "Contacting Servers" problem seems to have subsided. It's only been a day though...we'll see after a week or two.

jksmurf - You may be a dealer, but you are preventing aneurysms. Consider it medical dongling.
