It's ironic but I just noticed the same thing is occurring after installing the latest version of the skin (I was several updates behind.) The "Main Menu" text only says "Main Men". LOL! There may be others but I haven't looked too deeply into it yet.

EDIT: Yep. I've verified this to also be an issue for Search Guide, Recordings, and Video Library as well. It's definitely not an overscan issue because I don't see the text sort of trailing off screen. It simply stops at what it thinks the "edge" of the screen should be. See the attached screenshot for an example.

Hi All,

Wondering someone share their TV guide colour schemes. I tried setting some colours for TV guide genres but man am I crappy at colour co-ordination.

I'm not sure how one can send these settings but it would be a nice little snippet to share. Oh yeah, for the contourHC skin in particular.

TIA,

This will happen if you're not using the latest version of this skin for all plugins. The baseskin file sets the font size really big because drawtextwithoutline style needs it this way. I'd suggest deleteing the contourHC directory in the skins folder and download the latest version from the wiki.

BTW, what version of GBPVR are you using? It looks fine in .95.16 to me... if using older version, then maybe it didn't support the drawtextwithoutline style?

Nice skin and mod’s guys!
This isn’t much, but I didn't want to keep it to myself.

The only thing I missed from my old pvr front-end (never to be used again after switching to GBPVR Smile ) was a snoozing alarm clock.

Sleeping.png is a VAPanel background item so it’s visible when the screensaver is active.
Recording.png is the RecordingInProgress VAPanel icon, and masks the sleeping graphic when it’s displayed.

I’m new to this, but it works fine with the plugins I’m using.
Feel free to correct any problems you find.

Is there any way to fixup the Recordings screen so that it fits ONE MORE element in the list on the right side?

It's spaced so that there is a larger-than-normal gap under the last item shown, but it's not apparent that there are more items after it unless you try to scroll lower... If you look at the Net Radio screen, the items in the list are packed a little tighter and fit perfectly without any extra gap at the bottom.

Thanks! I REEEELY like this skin...

@Torque - On the Recordings Menu, I keep getting the "object not set to a reference" every time I select the Resolve option for any recordings that conflict with one another. Selecting the Cancel option works just fine but selecting Resolve kicks me back to the Main Menu. I think someone else tried to report this back on page 13 but I don't think they articulated the problem clearly.

Jason, yeah, I've been meaning to fix that... so I did Smile I've attached just the recordings skin folder so you don't have to download the whole thing. Or you can get the latest version from the wiki at:
http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Skin/ContourSeries
Thanks for the comments.

Daphatty, I just resolved a conflict with the recordings plugin last night and it worked fine. It might be because you're not using the latest version (per your PM).

The changes to the recordings skin are great. Thanks guys. I updated the default TheaterListing plugin skin.xml file to work with ContourHC. Expand the attached ZIP file in the ~\gbpvr\skin directory.
