Cheers.
Should my playback onscreen display be different from say, watching a recording??

Although I am using CyberLink Audio, Cyberlink Video and Cyberlink Navigator

hmmm, and mine isn't. Maybe myVideos isn't telling GBPVR it's a DVD?? So it doesn't get picked up by the DVD routines and is just using the normal playback routines??

Or is CyberLink being crap?? I tried just using the CyberLink Audio (since that's all I care about) and it doesn't seem to like it.

What I'd like to do is to record EVERY DVD I have as ISO and then play them as I chose. I don't want to be required to mount an ISO each time (plus I don't have enough drive letters). Is this possible?

was wrong with mounting? you only need one virtual drive, and the mounting is automatic, to the average user they will just see it as if they were simple playing the iso file.

The idea is that I'd like to just be able to have all my movies accessible with the remote. I don't want to have to haul out the keyboard every time I want to watch the movie, just select and go. You know what I mean?

you dont need a keyboard, gbpvr will mount it for you!

that means all you have to do is hit "ok" (using remote) on the iso file and gbpvr will handle the rest (you wont be aware of it), rip an iso file and try it for yourself.

I must agree with reven, i didn't even notice it had mounted until I had the windows 'What do you want me to do with this disk" box turn up.

And I think it's more responsive than reading a video_ts folder. I get about a 5 second lag when I hit the stop button....but that could be my dvd renderer and codec. But with iso files, I don't tend to get that lag.

My 2c.

This is stock GBPVR functionality.
