Hi,

I had to install the service manually too. I have a Win2k machine with a borrowed Huapauge PVR350  
I installed the latest version and it seemed to install OK so I do not know why the service did not install.

The few users that have had this problem typically have had development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio installed on their machine. I'm not really sure what it is that conflicts with the setup program.
