or you could always add a "rename" command before mplex is called in the convert.bat file.

i updated the link in the wiki to point to an older version, hopefully help other users.

in the next version i want to include all these extra programs in a install package, just not sure about the size/bandwidth....

Well...the rename command seems to work ok, as long as there no negative impacts of using it, you may want to consider just adding that to the convert.bat file...mine looks like this:

Oh wait...I think I just realized what the problem is...probably it's looking for temp.mpa and temp.mpv, but they have the DELAY crap in their filenames...probably what I need to do is rename the DELAY file back to just temp.mpa? I'l give that a shot.
