Can you log into http://labs.zap2it.com with the account details?

Also, did you add a channel line up to your account on the labs.zap2it.com website?

because when i try using Zap2it i get the following error. I have two accounts and I get it with both of the accounts when I try. It is as follows.

Failure in Channelfactory:ConfusedtoreChannels(): The INSERT INTO statement contains the following unknown field name: "wst_subtitle_page". Make sure you have typed the name correctly, and try the operation again.

With that sort of error, you'd get the same thing regardless of whether you using XMLTV or Zap2it. It look like you've got a old database with an out of date structure. I remember your post from yesterday where you had installed over a very old installation you already had on your machine, so this is the probable cause.

Try deleting the gbpvr.mdb file and it'll automatically create an empty one for you.

Click the 'Update EPG' button in the config app, then zip and attach your config.exe.log and I'll tell you what is going wrong.

OK .Yah Configuration takes a few tries. (it will randomly not let you type in your password sometimes)
But i think if you just type and pretend your typing even tho its not showing up and hit enter (really type your username/password btw) it seems to work. Also logging out from zap2it seems to help that too... ever since its been working for me now. I dont know about that other error....
By the way SUB what zap2it option are you talking about im usa and the only way i could get it working was using this =)

EDIT: Ooops now i see that Sub.... that woulda been much easier prolly o well i like it this way... keeps me fresh with knowing how to do stuff.

5%, your logs contains the following:

1/16/2006 1:11:53 PM.001 ERROR [169] Error UpdateEPG()'ing: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

...which makes me think you've entered something wrong in your username/password. This error is coming back from the zap2it server. If you want me to check if, email your zap2it username/password to me at support@devnz.com and I'll try it from here.
