I'd need a complete set of logs. You didnt post the logs for the recording service.

What type of capture card do you have? It looks like you've got a PVR250 configured as a PVR150 or something similar.

I have 2 PVR 250 with FM radio and I used the drivers from the origianl disk that came with them and I have it set up as PVR 250 with fm radio in GBpVR. I double checked the setting and they are correct.

These tell me you have definitely got a capture source configured as a PVR150 or PVR500.

Beermanmc's problem happened because he selected the wrong card type.
