The problem I fixed only relates to the MVP, so you actually seeing something else.

If its happening on the PVR 350, then its actually Directshow determining the file duration and its likely to be wrong in most apps when playing that file. This is likely caused by incorrect timestamps in the MPEG file.

The MpegAN program will likely show the problem with the timestamps http://home.socal.rr.com/tateu/MpegAN.htm

Well my original post reported problems I was having on my 350 not a MVP. I just checked some saved recordings, all over 1 hr and all of them now show the correct length. Anywhere from 1.5 hr to 3 hours.

I can confirm this problem is fixed on the mvp - thanks Sub, this also fixes the resume option,
