That's quite an old driver; almost certainly the cause of your problem.
I'd suggest downloading a new driver from the Technisat website (I see that version 4.4.0 of the software is now available), rather than uninstalling your other applications. Unfortunately, I don't have time to try the new driver myself tonight....
