GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA device you have configured

HI all... I'm trying to get this software running and when I try for the scan I get an error stating that the software cannot find my BDA device.

My device is a DNTV Pro card for DVB-T. here is the dump that is offered when the error happens..I'm at a loss as to how to get it going. This card workd with the DNTV software and MCE. I know it states some other program is blocking "scan-1.cache" but I've restarted and still nothing.
