Maybe should try to copy the files in stead of moving them, just to see if that works, at least you won't loose the files.

Great idea! What I did was add a line in comclean.bat to copy the file to another location before it does the moves and processing. I think I have an idea about what is causing this. I changed from VMR9 to VMR9 Custom Renderer and that is about the same time that the poblems started. I have it set back to VMR9 and did a couple manual record tests and it seems to be working that way. After a few successful recordings with commercials removed I will go back to VMR9 Custom Renderer and see if it starts acting up again.

Actually in the comclean batch, 'move' is used as renaming of the files.
