ok what I am guessing the debug.txt part of irremote.ini is doing is just sending the string of the label of the button you push, so you can know what it is called. you still have to modify the irremote.ini file in the GBPVR section to change what it does in GBPVR. left side is labels, right side is what action you are assigning to it, keystrokes or whatever.

I had done some searching on what you can do in the IRREMOTE.INI file and came across the attached document. It lists all of the commands and syntax for the file. This is a great starting spot for customizing things. I have done a few things with my file, so if you have a particular request, I would be happy to help.
