I don't know if it is related but I accidentally clicked on gbpvr instead of the the mediamvp server and get this (reproducible) on each exit

Dava, can you see if the attach patch resolves the issue?

I'm not 100% sure this patch is binary compatible with the current v0.98.13 release, so backup the original file first. (it should be fine)

Hi sub,

I have done some more prodding and it seems to be related to the trancode queue. If I set it to ASAP this happens every minute and I get no transcoded files, I never have by the way. Setting it for the more normal night time transcode just causes the error to occur then.

I am try to get trancoding working at the moment so I have set it back to ASAP to give you more errors to look at. I have attached the latest logs.

Did you want me to keeps things as they are so that you can delve into this further or should I just replace gbpvr.db3 with empty.db3 which I presume will fix it?

I grabbed SQLiteSPY and can see that there is an entry in the transcode queue with an OID of 5 and the 2 other values as 0 and 0. I have very few recordings during this setup phase so I am happy to experiment or go back to defaults.

Thanks for sticking with me. I have found the cause and corrected it.

You could try the attached patch, but it may not be binary compatible with 98.13, so back up the original file first. Its should be ok though.

I did reinstall GBPVR and the problem has gone but I have not converted to SQL on the new install. I will and then try the patch but I presume it was something bad in the old DB so won't return.

I still have the old files if you would like me to test it with the bad DB.

I converted to SQL, applied the patch, and it is now transcoding like a dream. The machine goes into sleep mode properly and everything is peachy.
