Yes, and they match the channels on my own GBPVR install.

New logs attached.

From you comment about using reven's XMLTVNZ, I assume you're in NZ. What channel numbers did you put next to each of the channels?

If the tuning assistant is finding them fine, then I'm sure you've not entered the same settings in GB-PVR when setting up your capture source. You need to select NZ and either antenna/cable, plus the channel numbers identified by the Tuning Assistant.

Hi Sub

TV1=Ch 2
TV2=Ch 4
TV3=Ch 7
C4= Ch 9

This is the same on my own GBPVR box.

I just deleted and started from scratch:

1/ Deleted the card in Device Manager
2/ Deleted Hauppauge applications in Add/Remove Progs
3/ Ran HWCLEAR
4/ Shut down machine and hard-powered off
5/ Rebooted and installed drivers from SHSPVR (Lite CD Lite CD Release 2.0.43.24108)
6/ Shut down machine and hard-powered off
7/ Rebooted and installed applications from Setup via SHSPVR Lite CD
8/ Shut down machine and hard-powered off
9/ Rebooted and ran Tuning Assistant which verified the above channels.

The funny thing is, whilst tuning I get a black screen. No snow, no sound. Just a black screen in the Tuning Assistant. This can't be normal, right? Normally you would expect to see snow?

More logs attached.

The only obvious problem in the logs is the use of the Nero video decoder. This has caused problems for most users that have tried it.
Quote:10:07:33.937 VERBOSE Graph contains the following filters:
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - NVIDIA® nForce™ Audio
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - Video Renderer
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - GB-PVR WST SRT Analog
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - MPEG Audio Decoder
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - Nero Video Decoder
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - WST Codec
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - MPEG-2 Demultiplexer
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - Encoder
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - Capture
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Crossbar
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - TV Audio
10:07:33.937 VERBOSE - TV Tuner

Can you try another decoder?

Yeah, normally you'd see snow or channel.

I'm not sure why you're getting an error message, but dont worry - you're not missing much. There is no settings screen provided in the Intervideo decoder. It's setting are all controlled via registry settings.

Other decoders like Cyberlink etc give you a nice property page for managing its various configuration options.

Hmm. Well......

I swapped the card out for my own and it works... Could this be a buggered card?
