Quote:sub - Something did change with Zap2it and digital channels. I had to completely remove the device and add it again and remap to get the EPG to show up for them. I also removed all of my plugins. GB-PVR appears to function but when I click on EXIT it still crashes. However the crash doesn't show up in the GB-PVR log. I have narrowed it down. When I empty the EPG it doesn't crash but when I update the EPG it then crashes when I click on EXIT. Any suggestions? Could there be something wrong with the database?
Ah, I'm guessing I know what this is. There is a long standing bug (last few releases), that would cause a crash if you're using SQLite DB and start GB-PVR and exit almost immediately - before SQLite finishes loading TV listings in the background. Is this what it is? ie, if you leave it for a few minutes then exit, no error?

sub - I uninstalled and deleted the devnz directory. When I reinstalled I copied my config.xml and added my capture cards. When I updated the EPG it started crashing again. This is very odd. GBPVR has been running on this computer for months with zero issues. Could this have anything to do with the Zap2it changes that they made?

OK. Thanks for helping so quickly. Something has changed. This is very bizarre. If it is a windows patch or something that has to do with zap2it I am sure others will be reporting it as well. Luckily it runs fine. It only crashes when I click on EXIT.

Thanks,
Brian

Just to let you know. I got it resolved. It had something to do with Hauppauge PVR150 drivers. I recently installed the trial of BeyondTV just to see if I could use VMR9 with my HD card which I couldn't and it made me install some new Hauppauge drivers. Anyway I uninstalled them and installed the driver I had previously and no more crashes.

Thanks,
Brian
