So, did you try a different audio decoder? I'm fairly sure it'll solve your problem on the PC.

Hi Sub, Providing I'm making the correct changes yes I've tried other audio decoders however none of them are working via PC. Like I say though not a major concern as MVP audio seems to be working alright (thought that neither PC nor MVP audio was working but MVP audio seems to be working alright). Neither of those decoders would play AC3 audio, so this may end up being the cause of your problem.

I'm not sure what that info you've posted is. What you want to look at is the audio codec name:

I dont really have any more advice for you other than suggesting your try some other audio decoder - I'm pretty sure this is the cause of your problem.
