Black / Blank TV screen on resume

I am assuming this is something that will be fixed in later versions rather than just a specific fix for users with issues?

I might just switch back to VMR7 until I find it! :-)

I meant to add to the thread that this did fix my problem .. just in case anybody else was suffering the same problem.

I am experiencing the same problem (exiting any playing content leaves GBPVR stuck at a black screen). If I set the Video Renderer to Overlay Manager, it works, but I'd like to be able to use some of the other capabilities. I did apply the patch referenced earlier, but that did not make a difference.

My enviroment is as follows:
Win XP Pro SP2
AMD Atholon XP 2000+ (1.67 GHz)
512 MB RAM
Hauppaug WinTV-PVR USB2 Media Center Kit

Is there anything I can do about this issue, or do I need to leave it set to Overlay Manager?

Mine is pretty much the same, I always put it down to the TV not responding to the signal on the DVI input. Only way I can get a picture is to switch TV to DVI first, then boot up the PC. I cannot imagine It is anything to do with GB, as I noticed a similar thing when using MP. Not tried it on SVHS though.
