rebooted and still that file is empty.

Does it matter that I am scheduling the recordings via the web ?

I'm not sure why those logs arnt showing up for you. Maybe try stopping the recording service, then manually delete those 0 byte files, then start the recording service again.

shutdown gbpvr and removed all files in the log directory.
restarted gbpvr and set a manual recording for 1 minute (ending at 10:24pm).

[don't need these lines as it starts always from gbpvr\]
rem c:
rem cd "c:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr"

[this line needs work, quotes will already be included from gbpvr, so you're adding additional ones, use "%~1" which removes any existing quotes if there are any, and adds one set,so always will have quotes whether it started with any or not]
[and /d is supposed to be drive:path? use "%~dp1" and note it will have trailing \]
mpg2srt.exe "%1" /d"%~d1%~p1"
like this: mpg2srt.exe "%~1" /d"%~dp1"

also your echo line doesn't work...no quotes
use this:
echo Usage- PostProcessing [Filename] [Channel Number] >> logs\mpg2srt.log
remember, it's ALwAYS run from gbpvr\ so that works fine..

ah here is what I had tried yesterday

@echo off
c:
cd "c:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr"

echo mpg2srt %1 /d"%~d1%~p1" >> test.log
mpg2srt %1 /d"%~d1%~p1" >> c:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\logs\mpg2srt.log

Still no luck Sad

I have a similar problem. I have created a PostProcessing.bat file but there is absolutely no indication that GBPVR attempts to call it at the end of a recording. Anyone have any ideas? There is nothing to configure to get GBPVR to call PostProcessing.bat is there? I'm running v99.12. Cheers Richard

Zip and attach your GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log and I'll take a look.
