No, the website has about 90000 hits on a good day. The file /GBPVR0205.msi has been downloaded over 2400 times in the last three days.

Last month I used over 80GB of network traffic on the website. This is for everything - forums traffic and installation binary.

Perhaps more people think that .20 represents a milestone version number and now they're trying it?

Its alot of downloads, but its not massive jump. There were over 11000 downloads of the last release. The web stats have been gradually but steadily increasing month after month.

2400 was a lot for such a short period though, which is what really surprised me.

Cheers, I'll keep that in mind if my usage becomes a problem for the web hosting company. I know the owner personally, so at the moment they're happy to not charge me for using more than the 30GB that is part of their normal plans.

I can well imagine this project doing ever better. I chose it because of the support (and the fact that it was free! - although cracks are not hard to come by for most Windows PVR programs that retail)

Im sure people seeing the forums and the speed at which problems are looked at and sorted is one of the reasons people choose this project.
