Hmm, I seem to have lost audio on Live TV as well. My recordings (recorded before installing the new version) play back fine. I'm using a PVR-250 as well.

The new system tray functionality is GREAT. I always was clicking on the little circle to see if I could stop/restart the recording service. More intuitive. One request - maybe add the ability to launch the GBPVR app from the menu that pops up when you right-click?

Yes, right you are. The initial v0.22 release doesnt seem to be routing the sound correctly with composite/svideo input. Bugger. Oh well, it wouldn't be a GB-PVR release without an annoying bug like this making it through my testing.

I've just uploaded a fix to http://www.gbpvr.com/GBPVR0227.msi

I've edited all links I posted so they point to this slightly later version. I've also substituted the original file with the new one to remove the risk of more people downloading the original version.

Give that a try and let me know how you get on.

Latest version working fine as far as I can see so far

only very minor upgrade problems

weather plugin reset to deafult new zealand code
pictures plugin got set to folder "none" rather than keeping what was set previously
news feed seems to have lost part of its skin and wont load

Sub... sounds very nice (I'm away from home at the moment so can't try it out!Wink.. One question though: does it now have an event message for exiting LiveTV (well, exiting Video in general)?? If so, what is it?

Thanks for a wonderful program and another wonderful upgrade!

Just installed the latest version, audio is back thanks a bunch. Do you still plan on implementing a page up down for the guide when viewing through the MVP? Also, you said you would add going directly to live TV for programs currently on rather than having to go through the recording menus? Just wondering if these items are still on the to do list or if they've been dropped.

thanks for the audio fix.

Sorry spoke too soon

Seems to be some sort of problem with playing back recordings on mvp

I specifically recorded a short childrens program this morning to test the comskip functionality

program has recorded fine and comskip has correctly identified commercials

but if I try and play back recording using mvp the remote stops responding once video is started

I have emailed all the logfiles which seem relevant

PLEASE IGNORE ABOVE

hauppauge software was running as well !!!

it works perfectly well done

[b Wrote:Quote[/b] (sub @ Oct. 15 2004,23:11)]- When watching live tv, you can now push the yellow button to return to the previous channel you were viewing.
If you press the yellow button while watching a recording it takes you to live tv, but if you then press it again it just "jumps" to the channel you're already watching instead of jumping back to the recording you were watching.

I don't know if that's the intented use, but it might be handy if the mini guide also worked when you're watching recordings [Image: smile.gif]
