Same problem as nj2112

1.0.08 woke up from hibernation every time for recordings

Installed 1.0.16 and although it wakes up for normal windows scheduled tasks (like downloading the epg) it remains in hibernation for recordings GBPVRRecordingService.exe-native.log shows the times it should wake up but nothing happens

Uninstall 1.0.16 and reinstall 1.0.08 and it starts waking up again as normal for recordings

Exactly the same for me also (using S3 standby though not hibernation), back with 1.0.8 for time being.

Yep, same here. I just got home and woke up the computer manually and it had missed two recordings. In the event log I see that it hasn't been awake since this morning when I woke it up manually. I haven't done any updates to Windows since the installation of 1.0.16 so it shouldn't be that...
I use Windows XP and MVP. I also use S3 standby and not hibernation. In the GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log there are no errors just VERBOSE messages like this:

2007-08-15 08:59:17.125 VERBOSE Asking Windows to be awake for recording (oid: 1939) at 2007-8-15 17:56:30 (UTC 2007-8-15 15:56:30)
2007-08-15 08:59:17.125 VERBOSE Asking Windows to be awake for recording (oid: 1937) at 2007-8-15 21:56:30 (UTC 2007-8-15 19:56:30)
2007-08-15 08:59:17.125 VERBOSE Asking Windows to be awake for recording (oid: 1938) at 2007-8-15 22:26:30 (UTC 2007-8-15 20:26:30)

(It missed the two first, and I woke it manually now just in time for the third one)

I scheduled a test recording for early tomorrow morning to see if it happens again...
I have a vague memory that I put the computer in standby _manually_ this morning,
maybe that has something to do with it, not that it should matter...

I'll add another 'me too' here. 1.0.8 woke from hibernation, but 1.0.16 is not. I do see the scheduled wake times listed in the log.

And another one... log is okay, but machine won't wake up (except for tasks I scheduled or manually).

Have just tried the patch and have had two successful wake events at the correct time.

I'll do some more testing to make sure, but it looks good so far.

Thanks.
