thumbnail capture of recorded shows

A feature to capture thumbnails in SkipTool and BurnDVDx2 would be great, Pastro! I can't tell you how many times I've wished I could take a frame in SkipTool and use it as the thumbnail for the recording. Specially to replace a mismatched thumbnail found by an auto-grabber utility.

But it would be even nicer if I could also have the option to grab a thumbnail for the entire group/series, in addition to grabbing the thumbnail for the recording. That way I could have a "generic" thumbnail for the group and individual thumbnails for each recording.

I think the group thumbnail is stored as folder.jpg and individual thumbnails are stored using the name of the MPG file but with extension .jpg, of course.

Ok. For the next release I built in the save to folder.jpg. I'll build in a way to save it as filename.jpg also.
