Try setting the deinterlacing to 'encoder pass through' on the misc tab of the config app.

Wow, it worked.
but created a new problem - the sync between sound and pic is bad, and the picture is moving un smoothly. I get an un smooth picture sometimes when i watch recordings, and i can fix it by rewinding and fast forward till the picture stables. any thoughts about that? and i didn't say it yet, so thank you very much for helping

Pretty much the only thing that would affect the sync would be the combination of audio/video decoder you're using.

Ok about the second thing What creates the un-smooth movement in the pic, is it my nvidia/cyberlink video decoders? should i try installing a different mpeg2 decoder, or is it something else?

I don't think it's my machine-
xp pro C2D e6750 Gigabyte p35 ds3l 2 giga RAM 800mhz on dual channel nvidia 8600gt Is there a recomended video decoder i can use other than cyberling or nvidia purevideo

under 3d options on your video card make sure you have it set to always wait for vertical sync
and you may need to apply vmr fix where the deinterlaced fields get out of order http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919071
