I'm not able to watch Live TV, and I believe this is because of:

2010-10-19 08:28:50.156 VERBOSE [1] GBPVR.Backend.Common.GbpvrException: No channels have been set up. Please run the Configuration utility and setup the EPG source. Use the 'Update EPG' button to force the system to import the latest set of channel and programme information.

But.. I don't have an EPG source. There is a selection for "None" so, I assume not having one is OK.

To scan for channels, I tried tuningAssistant, but it fails to find the crossbar. I have two AverTV M150 Analog capture cards. I downloaded the MPV and MPA decoders, and registered them.

It seems I'm missing something rather basic, but can't determine what. Was thinking to upgrade to NPVR, but may have same issues, as there are hints that the setup is quite similar.

Help is most appreciated, log files attached =:]

If you set it to 'none', then you need to manually 'Add' the channels. If you have no channels setup then it cant watch tv.

It does look like your crossbar and tv tuner filters are missing. Are these cards usable in any software?

It was working with GB-PVR and MediaPortal. Then I loaded mythBuntu to try that out. It worked, but for some reason the video quality was not good. Then decided to go back to GB-PVR.

I may have had SchedulesDirect for the EPG in GB-PVR the first time, but don't recall (I know I did at one point, but my free subscription has expired)

How can I install them? The AverTv M150 Driver I used was picked up automatically by windows update. It looks OK from the device manager standpoint.

As in working in its current state, or you had them working in the past? It doesnt look like the drivers are currently in the usable state. (but thats not to say it wasnt usable in the past)

They're installed with the drivers. If they're not there you'd probably have to reinstall the drivers, and hope the same thing doesnt happen.

I found a different/proper driver, the problem with cross bar is gone, but a new message is generated from tunnerassistant, and different error messages from PVRx2. Thanks For the Help!
