This update has several key changes that may appear to cause problems. I recommend downloading both updates and then re-applying your theme. Changes to the baseskin.xml file are the primary reason. The baseskin.xml files for all included themes have been updated. If you have an elaborate custom setup, you may wish to backup your Community3 folder and compare the updates to your custom modifications.

I try not to make such dramatic changes, but this will help in theme development.

The installer didn't do the logo splash screen on my 4:3 set, but it did on my laptop. Will fix it in the next release.
