Full disclosure: Laptop has Cyberlink PowerDVD, desktop doesn't. Laptop has both Hauppauge WinTv-PVR USB2 and WinTv-HVR 950 drivers and software installed on it. Desktop has WinTv-PVR 150 and partial installation on WinTv-HVR 950 of it - I didn't install the WinTV application nor the WinTV scheduler.
