One channel won't show

Yep... I think you are describing it. I was able to download the epg information. it has it in the xml file. It shows up when I do the scan. I mapped it, but it's not showing up on the channel tab nor is it showing up in the TV guide. I've never had this happen, so I didn't know what to do. I've tried a bunch of different things, but nothing seems to remedy this problem.

If its ticked as 'enabled' in the capture source channel listed, then it should be showing up.

You might want to check the complete channel list on the 'channels' tab. Its probably just got a channel number you werent expecting, so has ended up in a funny place in the list.

yeah, I actually thought of that. It's checked enabled, but not in the channel list.

We've never had any problems with this before, so I can only assume there is something simple that has been overlooked.

I would normally have asked you to send me your database as a next step, but I'm getting on a plane in about an hour, so it'll have to wait.
