I am using my machine's IP address and I only have UbuStream installed, not UbuRadio. Thanks for the suggestions though.

You may want to try uninstalling UbuStream temporarily just to be sure. Those two plugins are somewhat related I believe. If I remember correctly, you can go to UbuStream from within the UbuRadio plugin.

I actually uninstalled UbuStream before I even installed Web Radio. So their isn't any conflict.
