Is that correct?

There are two. I see the second one got returned. Re-sent it now.
I bet Michael Bay uses GBPVR because it's awesome:

Build 134 is available

From the changelog
Changes in 0.79.134
- Change the extension of the XDS dump file to .data
- When comskip is started with a .csv file the .data file containing the XDS dump will also be read when available.
- In Debugwindow the 'X' key can be used to show XDS data. Currently the Program Name, V_Chips, Program duration and Program position are displayed. Decoding of the XDS data is not yet complete
- A very thin grey vertical line at the very top of the debugbar timeline shows the location of the XDS data changes

Could someone set
output_framearray=1
output_data=1
and enable the Close Caption processing and upload for the a file with a lot of XDS both the generated .csv and .data to my ftp server?

I prefer a recording with V-Chip data that changes during show/commercial and that shows program position information.
This will allow me to test additional detection rules using the XDS data

From the changelog

Changes in 0.79.135
- Improved the CC word separation on certain broadcast channels
- (Re)added the "CC" type of CC data. All digital recorded ATSC channels now should have CC.

So there's no need to add anything other than
output_framearray=1
output_data=1

or what? I don't see any "enable CC" lines unless you mean the srt/smi from earlier posts.

Might be a moot point if I don't run across any programs that put up the V-chip logo after commercials or more XDS programs. Can't say I've ever noticed many/any shows putting up the v-chip logo after a commercial, not that I looked much before. Maybe longer shows might put it up more like at every half-hour, such as how station identification is required to do at every hour.

For detecting the CC data all you need to do is to make sure to set
detect_method=127
in you comskip.ini
This enables all detection methods except cutscenes.

The
output_framearray=1
output_data=1
settings tell comskip to generate debugging data that you or I can use to debug/tune settings without having to process the original recording again. Its much faster for tuning and much smaller if you need to send me the data
