Unable to find digital channels - compro videomate DVB T300 tuner

Uninstall of latest driver and install of driver 1.3.1.24 allowed the scan to find the digital channels. I have not tested the effect of using the old driver on other tools (VideoStudio) I use for analogue caputure of VHS camcorder video.information

Still no luck! I get zero signal strength and between 20 and 40 quality during scan. On one of the scans, it did pick up channels, but it listed them all as the 1st channel it found. I re-tried the scan with UsePsiParser set false but that did not find any channels.

I have an almost identical problem with the digital side of a GigaByte Hybrid card.
