I'm not sure what this "DSN: Data format error" message means, but every instance of it in the log is for email to you. I can see any other occurances of this message from other users email providers.

Its possible the change I mentioned above for reddwarf will help you aswell though. It may just be a strange way your email provider is reporting the same thing (ie, didnt like the sender email address).

It looks like your ISP is returning 'unknown user'. (In the log snippet below I've editted your email address slight so trawling spam robots dont find your address)

To be honest, I'm not sure. It looks to me like the problem is occurring at your ISP, rather than the GB-PVR end, but this stuff is very much out of my field of expertise.

From what I can tell in the logs there is very few failed email deliveries since the last set of changes.

I would setup a new gmail account and setup the forum to send the emails to that. Then set the gmail account to forward to your ISP.

Then you get two chances to read the emails. (this is what I do now - let gmail archive everything for me).
