PC doesn't wake up sometimes

Now that I think about it, I also noticed other odd behavior. Sometimes when I schedule a recording, it is recorded by both my tuner cards (I got 2 DVB-C cards). I doubt that it has anything to do with the whole issue, because the recording works just fine, only with redundant one, but I just wanted to mention it. :p And once, when I tried to schedule a recording for a broadcast that was already airing, GB-PVR always started the recording and immediately stopped, telling me that the recording was successful. That happened every time I tried to record. Maybe I still got the logs for it. I will look for them tomorrow.

But still, the first issue is the most annoying one for me now.

Yes, that seems to be the same issue. Sadly, sub said he didn't want to look at it until the next release as it fixes some scheduling issues. Maybe my "primary" issue (that the thread is about) will be fixed, too (if it's really a bug)? It seems I'm not the only one who came across this problem.

I have a Suspicion that the 2 issues are related to each other.

Whilst you are not the only one who has experienced the problem of not waking up to record, it is certainly not a common problem on this forum and I think must be related to specific tuner/epg configurations.

you could try a single tuner setup to see if that helps.

If your 2 tuners are identical, I trust you have their device numbers set to 1 and 2 in config.exe. If they are different models, the device numbers should be #1 and #1.

My two tuner cards are different models. I don't know where to check their respective device numbers. I tried a program called "DeviceTypeDetect", but that didn't work for me.

Trying a single tuner setup is not really an option for me because as I already got two cards, I also want to use both.

check in config.exe, edit tuner device, if they are different, each should be set to device 1. This is a wild guess, I have no real confidence this is your problem.
