EPG updates overlapping and overwriting

Please find attached the two log files you requested. I also included the current npvr.db3 as I believe that contains the current EPG data including some overlapping data on LCNs 7, 10 and probably others..

the update proceess is not completing now either .. This was completing OK pre 1.5.24, albeit slowly. starts OK but not progressing to the end.. jams part way thru scan on 191500 . can cancel and backout but not save / OK.

I've added some additional logging around the problem area, but unfortunately due to some other changes I'm unable to give that to you as a patch - so we'll need to continue the diagnostics when the next beta is out in a few days.

I am also seeing lots of overlapping duplicates in the EPG with start times that are a few minutes apart. Please let me know if I can help with tests / logs etc.

In GBPVR I observed that the duplicates accumulate after the daily OTA EPG updates. The duplication in the EPG appears to be worse in NPVR than it was in GBPVR. In GBPVR it was largely associated with shows that I was recording while in NPVR it appears to be more general and widespread.

Is it possible to clear the EPG prior to each reload so that you only keep the latest EPG data or do you need to hang on to the old data ?

Upgraded to 1.5.28. Seeing many duplicated recordings sometimes using 4 tuners to record 4 copies of the same show simultaneously.

Ive been updated a couple of days now .. initially the issue was there still, but now seems to have subsided. Just checked and Im showing no dupes currently.. crossing my fingers.. thanks sub.
