Can you try watching that channel in PVRX2, then post the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log? I'll use it for comparison.

Unfortunately I cant see any obvious reason there. I'm not sure why its not working for you. It looks like the device isnt locking onto a signal, but its not clear why.

Ok, that is strange. Thanks anyway, let me know if you will come to think about something. I will continue to try different setups. Its good to know that you are getting the 4400 to work.

Sub, when you tried DBV-T with NPVR in your setup did you have the DVB-T also configured for PVRX2? Could it be any conflicts betwen the programs?

Can you let me know which Hauppauge drivers you are using for your HVR-4400 card. Is there any modules/installation needed from the WinTV7 program?

I have now tried alot of things including a full reinstall of NPVR but I can still not get the DVB-T side to work Sad

GBPVR isnt on this machine, but I doubt it would be related to that. You could kill PVRX2.exe and GBPVRRecordingService.exe from the task list to be sure they're not using the device. Just having them on the machine wont cause any issues.

I'm using 1.46.28123. It doesnt need anything from WinTV7 for DVB-T or DVB-S.

You were right, that did not make any change. Still no picture with DVB-T

Ok, I was using that version yesterday, now I am upgraded to 1.46.28154.0 but to no avail.

Is there anything else I could check or try? It would be nice to have the NPVR part already working now in its early stages because I guess that this part of the code wont change in a near future since it is newly written.

Thanks,

Can you kill nrecord.exe in the task list, delete the npvr.db3 file (or temporarily rename it), then start NextPVR.exe (without restarting NPVR Recording Service) and scan for DVB-T channels, then try starting live tv, then post the npvr.log?

Its working!!!!

At the end I am not sure what I did to make it work. I uninstalled every bit of Hauppauge driver and program and reinstalled everything. The main difference that I can see is that I now also have the analog device available in the device list, though i am not using it.

Thanks sub, for looking into this!!!
