the fix is simple... updateepg.bat:
Code:
cd /d c:\users\public\NVPR\Scripts
"c:\Users\Public\NPVR\Scripts\mc2xml.exe" -c us -g 12345
you also don't need the -c and -g switches. After you run mc2xml manually the first time and select your options in the dialog, most switches including -c and -g are saved in the mc2xml.dat file.

I suggest you restart NRecord just to be sure; the previous failed epg update may have left part of NRecord stuck, which is what led to all your previous problems.

Sorry it took me so long to get back, I had to wait another day to get results after re-starting the nrecord, but good news, my epg finally appears to be updating itself properly, I have shows pending until the 29th now. Thanks for all the help, sub and johnsonx42.

I'm sure you'll appreciate the little tip I just added to the scripts section in the sticky; information that would have been more useful a few months ago I realize Wink

One more quick thing if anyone is still watching this thread, did the screen saver get removed in this new version?

Not sure how I missed that, but its set for 5 minutes. I went ahead and put the new R1 cumulative patch on, maybe that will help.
