I think the most likely reason is just the standard "firewall getting in the way". You may need to re-add nrecord.exe to firewall exclusions, since your firewall might keep rules on a per-version basis.

For what it's worth, I get the same results on 2 different systems; my primary and backup servers.

You'll probably need to look in the SiliconDust utility (can't remember the name) to see if it's tuned to the right channel, signal locked, and sending to the right ip address.

I'll check into it tomorrow morning.
Just to be clear, if I run 3.1.1 on the system, using the same tuners and IP addresses, it works fine. As soon as I upgrade to 3.2.9 it stops working.

Yeah, I believe you, but there is stacks of other people using these devices without problem, so I don't think there is anything wrong with the app - its probably just some configuration thing.
The only known error with these devices was fixed in the 24 hours of release, and assuming you got the installer after that, then you should have that fix. If you did get the install immediately after the release, you'd probably need to re-download it, or install patch #1 from http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...arted-Info.
