Win10 Upgrade and NextPVR still humming....

Windows 10 seems much quicker than 8. I was running 8.1 on another drive and found that both 8 and 10 didn't like each other. If I booted 8.1 it wonted to check and repair the 10 drive.
and would corrupt it. If I booted 10 it would do the same thing to 8.1.

I got that after removing other disks when I installed Win10.
If you leave all you disks in you should not get the problem.
It's some thing to do with having the wrong boot sector stuff on the removed disks.
I fixed it by booting from DVD and repairing the boot sectors.
I can't remember if I booted from Win10 or win 7 or win 8 DVDs now.

It's caused by the way the system boots.
The disks have a backup copy of the boot sector on them and if they do not match you end up getting
scandisk running.
Win.8.1 can put a 8.1 boot sector on your win10 disk and vice versa.
