Does Ceton provide BDA devices, that is important for QAM tuning. I did a check search and it didn't look promising.

I'm not sure. I just know that Windows Media Center supports it in a Clear QAM configuration with no cablecard. You pretty much have to add all the channels manually which is a PITA but I'm used to it. Especially since the Clear QAM content seems to move to different channels every so often.

Smurph, I've had a go at the changes that'll be needed. I have no way to test it myself though. I've added screens for manually defining a Ceton QAM channel.

Can you zip and attach your npvr.db3, so I can at least get into the screens in question?

As one of the only other Ceton users here, i had no idea this was possible, i use a cablecard, should the wife finally decide she no longer needs to listen to women arguing about shoes on 5 different channels, I'll be dropping cable and interested in this for local channels

The Add QAM button is there but I wasn't able to get the card to tune to the channel I entered. I restarted the recording service and also rebooted the system; still no luck. I have attached the HTML from the Infinitv's internal webpage which allows you to enter a channel to manually tune the card to for diagnostic purposes. The card's default ip address is 192.168.200.1. Hopefully you'll be able to gain some valuable information from that. I can also provide you a wide variety of screenshots from NPVR if that helps any. Thanks again for looking into this, I really appreciate it.

You'll still need cable, you just won't need to pay for any of the premium packages. It will not tune to any OTA (ATSC) channels.

I should have been more clear to set expectations. I wouldn't have expected this to work first go (though would have been nice)...I don't have any way to test this myself, so I'm relying on you to test a series of these patches for me. Hopefully a few patches later we'll have it working.

Can you try viewing one of these channels, then post your logs?
