This time I have debug enabled in kodi. If the logs do not reveal any issues then I'll probably just go back to 4.0.5 since that was working fine for me with kodi.

You didn't upload the matching NextPVR logs but there does seem to be a lot of problems coming back from the server.

The new NextPVR made channel icons disappear in kodi for us too. Will an update include the patch soon or should everyone manually patch.

I'll include the patch with the next version of the installer. Maybe in a week or so. Its a pretty minor issue, so I'm not going to rush out a new release just for this. In the meantime, just use the updated nshared.dll from above.
