Timeshift problems are not related to connection issues. Upload your new NextPVR logs and Kodi debug
g logs and we can have a look. If it doesn't work also show the connection from another PC using a browser

I know where the NPVR logs are but how do I get the Kodi logs on a Firestick. The location, etc.

For Kodi the easiest way is to install the Kodi Log Uploader from the Kodi repo and paste the URL here. Make sure that you turn on debug logging.

Not sure where "debug Kodi logs not the regular logs" are or how to get them to send. I turn on debug (under settings/Systems/logging/Enable debug logging" and the top of my screen is updating in realtime, i.e. CPU usage etc. but not sure if this is what you want or how to capture on Firestick.
