Season Folder Setting - What makes it Work?

It's still probably better going forward (new users, or new shows you start recording etc).

The code already looked like it should have been zero padded, but I'll take your word for it that it isn't. I'll check it when I'm back home.

Your right it is zero-padded now, I remember asking for this fix before, so I probably have a mix of files in folders.

@jksmurf are you using iGL to rename your files because you EPG data doesn't have season info. If so there will be no season folder.

Nope - just rechecked all my .bat files in Scripts, I no longer use IGL so none of these were processed in that way.

I attach my config.xml and db file. Some things might have changed as I am now manually creating folders for them.

@sub - could it be that selecting those options AFTER scheduling the recordings (but before any of the recordings were made) would result in that type of folder setup?

He's not talking about pre/post padding.

Not sure which other padding there is?
Anyway, my pre and post padding was 1 and 2. If I had it at 0 and 0 on back to back recordings then should it have worked?

Looking at that again that isn't how NextPVR handles season and episode name. Maybe your guide data just includes the info in the title.

Yes. Is this a problem? Should I try to use the regex functions in a scraper to split these off? If so, what format should that take? In NEWA TV Guide there is no season option?

Yeah, that is the cause of your problem. I hadn't seen a broadcaster change the title of a show each week to include the season/episode number - that's weird.

Does Web Grab+ have the option to disable this feature? If not, and you can supply sample xml file, I can try adding logic to detect season/episode numbers in the title and remove them (and populate the real season/episode fields).
