Ah, interesting there is no sign of NextPVR getting any data from those URLs.

Could you maybe have firewall/antivirus software that is stopping the network data from getting to NextPVRServer.exe?

the only firewall is the windows 7 built in one, vlc and npvrv5 were both on the same laptop

If you temporarily disable the win 7 firewall, does it make any difference?

and let me know what output you get (or at least the first dozen or so lines if it seems to be running fine)
