Possibly in connection with that, was playing TVNZ1 this morning on the NextPVR app in the main PC, to see of anything similar happened with any crashes or continued recording.

So I played TVNZ1 via dvb-s then stopped and played the same via iptv, and noticed that it created several files in a directory but didn't delete all of then when I told it to stop playing. Told it to play again via iptv and it created several files and again left one behind when told to stop playing.

This might be something different to the issues mentioned previously or maybe connected, i.e. this time it stopped writing to a file but didn't delete it, whereas before it didn't delete it and forgot to stop writing to it.

Might be a TVNZ1/2 thing. haven't tried with other channels yet.

Also in NZ, wondering how you are finding playing iptv using Matt Huizmans TV3, Bravo and Maori TV. Had to restart the server to get them to play and Bravo still won't play and TV3 / Maori TV video is OK but sounds weird, scratchy, bitty.

I just checked these channels. I'm not seeing/hearing anything odd about TV3, Bravo or Maori TV. They seem ok.

There is an extra temp file for the TVNZ stations, with the name live-iptv-xxsomethinxx.ts, which is used to workaround a stream oddity with TVNZ1 / TVNZ2. It sounds like that file is getting left behind. I'll check it here.

I just checked these channels. I'm not seeing/hearing anything odd about TV3, Bravo or Maori TV. They seem ok.

Just having a go with TV3 again, the server window is happily downloading chunks and decrypting them and renewing leases and whatever, but NextPVR app is just a black screen.
Bravo seems to be the same.
Maori TV downloading chunks and renewing leases and its playing, but sound is weird.
Try TV3 again, same as before.
Try TVNZ1, seems fine.
Try TV3 again, server window lots the same, now its working for video, sound weird.

TV3, Bravo and Maori TV start and play fine in Emby Theater btw.

Just can't think of anything thats changed.

I'm running Handbrake at the moment, which sucks up processor power, but the first post about this (above) I wasn't.

Logs - played those channels in NextPVR app at about 13:45, played them in Theater at about 14:10
